Coby Lund, PhD, BCBA-D & Janet Lund, PhD, BCBA-D

Coby and Janet Lund were two of the first three Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Georgia when they moved here in 1999. At that time, Janet’s specialties were performance management, behavioral safety, and organizational behavior management, and she began her career at Aubrey Daniels International.

At the same time, Coby, whose specialties include autism, developmental disabilities, and behavior disorders, founded the Lunds’ clinical practice at Integrated Behavioral Solutions, where Janet joined full time in 2002.

During the past 20+ years, Coby and Janet have provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to nearly 50 different school systems in the southeast, the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, numerous private agencies, and hundreds of individuals and families. Coby and Janet were co-founders of the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis in 2003, and have each served as President of that organization.

In 2011, the Lunds founded the software company DataFinch, along with Chris Kooken and Stephen Donaldson, and built a data collection software tool for behavior analysts, called Catalyst. Coby served as the CEO of DataFinch, and Janet as the Chief Production Officer.

In 2019, Integrated Behavioral Solutions joined the national provider, Kadiant, where Coby and Janet worked until 2022—Coby as the VP of Operations for Georgia, Colorado, and Ohio, and Janet as the VP of Training and Performance Management.
