Mission & Vision

Mission

The mission of Archer Behavioral Health is creating environments where people can thrive. We do this by adhering to the following values. These values are the basis for our everyday decisions and actions.

Better Together

We want to be a place where workdays are filled with fun, where you laugh with the people you work with and where you feel connected and supported. We are intentional about having fun as we believe it is a form of self-care, and we are strongly committed to self-care because when we care for ourselves, we can better care for others.

Make A Difference

We are global citizens and what we do every day impacts the lives of our fellow humans. We believe we can all make a difference, and we are passionate in our efforts to make the world a better place.

Do The Right Thing

Words matter, but we are ultimately defined by our actions—our behavior. Behaving with integrity builds a solid foundation. Without solid footing, it is impossible to aim high. We realize every decision we make and action we take impacts another person and we understand we are accountable to our clients, each other, and our communities.

Be Humble. Be Curious

We want to grow and learn every day. Being curious means a willingness to be wrong, a comfort with the chance of making a mistake, and being willing to listen and learn from each other. We strive to become better every day, and we understand that requires change, and change can be good, but it can also be challenging. Staying humble and curious means staying open to learning.

Come As You Are

An important part of thriving is feeling safe and accepted. Archer is committed to having a place where people can be their authentic selves. We are stronger when we are diverse and willing to listen to others and their experiences and viewpoints. Being able to make mistakes and learn from them in an environment of support and care can be the making of greatness. Following your arrow can be scary, but we want to be a place where all Archers feel empowered and cared for so they can thrive.
